As a North American Alcatel-Lucent Senior Director, I was responsible for managing all Sales Solution Architects to provide consultative transformational software and services solutions. This team supported all Sales for the Alcatel-Lucent clients including AT&T, Sprint, CenturyLink, Bell Canada, Cox, TELUS, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, OG&E, Ford, NiSource, UPMC, Target, Hawaiian Telecom and others. Outside of North America I supported opportunities for Telcom South Africa, Bermuda Telecom, and Setar in Aruba.
