Daily Duties at Allianz Life:
•Responsible for the development and management of critical functions essential to the overall effectiveness and productivity of the sales team. •Strategic planning, reporting, in-depth business analysis, sales process optimization, CRM management, support for new markets, technology/mobility strategies and other initiatives associated with the ‘art and science’ of industry leading sales teams. •Main point of contact for business partners as well as work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate support for the sales team. •Generate and analyze all sales data for various Board meetings as well as scheduled Sales, Marketing and Executive staff meetings. •Direct leader for 8 team members.
