•Responsible for the Risk and Control Services function for Enterprise Insurance, Annuities and Corporate functions across multiple subsidiaries and geographies. •Brought a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance process. •Prepared and reviewed company Risk Control ratings with Board of Directors and executives. •Ensured all SOX & MAR activities were completed •Lead a team of 12 to improve their overall performance to be best in class.
