Daily Duties at Time Warner Cable/Charter:
Retail Development April 2013 – September 2016 • Lead TWC’s Company Owned Retail strategy, transforming the 3rd largest sales channel into a true retail experience • Develop strategic real estate and market optimization plan for over 400 locations, and drive cross functional execution • Drive annual transformed store CAPEX and OPEX budget - from site selection through opening, and ongoing operation • Continuously enhance store prototype - construction, infrastructure tools and engagement • Implement new/complex sales and product growth initiatives - future readiness and "retail development" beyond stores • Analyze and report on performance of retail channel, including all tools and technology • Ensure construction, tool, and engagement advancements are truly leveraged to enhance sales and service experience • Continually assess TWC stores policies and procedures and lead SOP development and deployment Sales Channels and Market Development January 2009 - April 2013 • Verizon Wireless Agency – Sales Channels Lead for TWC and Verizon partnership, launching the partnership in all sales channels, building long-term sales strategy and developing automated sales tool for both companies to sell jointly • Customer Care as a Sales Channel ("The Drive to 5") – led first enterprise-wide initiative to increase sales within Customer Care Channel, driving change across multiple functions: Sales, Care, OPs, HR and L&D, achieving a 20% YOY lift • Mover Marketing - led enterprise initiative to acquire more customers moving into TWC footprint and retain more customers moving within; This ongoing Marketing Platform involved Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Care • Outbound Telemarketing - led enterprise initiative to standardize 3rd party and in-house telemarketing to optimize channel and ensure regulatory compliance through advanced reporting platform and 3rd party QA • Inbound Sales - partnered with regional Inbound Sales leads to optimize yield on inbound sales calls through: compensation modeling, driving strategic partnerships and launching advanced technology solutions • Cross Channel Initiatives - served three major cross channel roles: National Sales Incentive across all sales channels; Launched employee and consumer gift card programs; Cross channel sales strategy for key initiatives and new products
