- Led supply chain operations for order fulfilment, ensuring raw material movement from mills to captive warehouses to processing center to finished good delivery to customer sites for the customized steel bar business - Led an 8-member team of supply chain coordinators, schedulers, sales executives and customer service engineers, responsible for processing center operations, inventory planning, client engagement and customer service - Demand forecast and supply management of steel bar volume of $80MM+ annually for distributors in North India
