Daily Duties at Advanced Management Services:
• Partner with prospects and clients to identify areas of pain or challenge and create multi-phase solutions to meet challenges and manage implementation team solutions through project plans and internal process. • Hire and train subject matter experts to ensure highest level of expertise in delivering each solution. • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth, lead, develop and engage the Management Consulting Practice at the client to identify and drive value. • Develop plans for introducing new functional or industry solutions that help expand footprint in market or client. • Created Professional Leadership Development Certificate program and assembled customized subject matter expert delivery team and training programs according to client and industry. • Completed needs assessments and gap analyses to create suggested solution for a multitude of clients across industries. • Managed over 500 training implementation projects, created process manual, acquired and customized company CRM system.
