Daily Duties at Vangent, Inc.:
Utilized Vangent's designated authoring languages and standardized development applications, such as DHTML JavaScript, Director and Flash, to develop training courseware in a highly structured templatedriven environment. • Developed DHTML, JavaScript, and Flash assets as specified in storyboards and page type inventories to standardized course layout with functionality using Outstart Studio in support of courseware development efforts. • Executed data collection strategies to transfer, capture and convert embedded media within courseware for reprocessing and development. • Employed graphics applications for media compression and capturing, including Snapz, QT Pro and Snag It. • Developed, built and maintained multimedia courseware structure for Vangent, their partners and US Air Force. • Produced technical writing for e-learning development processes and procedures used for training and resource documentation for Vangent, their partners, Saudi Kingdom Air Force and US Air Force. • Directed Outstart Evolution LMS for course delivery, updates and account management for internal QC. • Managed database and digital media assets; verified missing and damaged inventory. • Built, supported and maintained Mac courseware environment for conversion, preproduction and development from Vangent, their partners and US Air Force. • Accepted and inventoried courseware deliverables. Published courses to LMS under SCORM standard. • Established file structure and standards needed to successfully operate converted courses. • Produced technical writing for e-learning development processes and procedures, including media collection conversion standards and published them to SharePoint and others.
