Daily Duties at Oxford Global Resoures:

* Strategically hire , train, and retain recruiters and sales reps to maximize their income while achieving company goals and standards. * Make adjustments, as needed in maximizing our share in the marketplace, to strategically capture as much market share as possible * Conduct monthly and annual reviews with managers/employee's to review production standards, and make adjustments as needed * Provide an environment for 90 employee's that is productive, fun, and challenging * Review and analyze databases on the recruiting and sales side to insure we are maximizing the production out of the databases. * Coordinate and collaborate with multiple offices across the country the direction of sales and recruiting on a national level * Collaborate with discipline directors across the country weekly, monthly , and annually to insure sales goals are met * Coordinate and collaborate with corporate departments such as finance, legal, human resources as needed to insure that corporate standards were adhered to * Prepare and present quarterly sales presentations to review recruiting/ sales production and/or financial opportunities and challenges * Make adjustments to training and/or the daily direction of the recruiting machine to maximize our market share * Conducted weekly management training meetings to insure each segment was on track and heading the right direction * Facilitated recruiting and sales meetings that covered a variety of topics addressing production opportunities within each discipline * Managed a variety of pivot points within Oxfords system to insure employees were trained for success * Pre/post interview planning * Recruiting culture meetings * Insure that Oxford's business model was properly trained and implemented on every employee's level.
