Daily Duties at General Dynamics Health:
Implemented procedures to ensure that the organization met and exceeded quality and customer service requirements by utilizing data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean, etc. Responsibilities included: • Interacted directly with the customer and other parties to ensure that customer needs are met. • Implemented, managed and enhanced the quality plan. • Incorporated Division Initiatives into the Quality Management System. • Supported ISO 9001:2008 requirements for the program and assist with both internal audits and registration/certification audits. • Measured process stability, accuracy, and timeliness of project deliverables through industry standard quality control practices such as audits, inspections, and statistical quality control measures. • Documented, reported, and tracked any discrepancies and issues found during audits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements via a Corrective and Preventive (CAPA) process. • Participated in support activities such as meetings, walkthroughs, technical reviews, testing, and problem tracking. • Measured compliance with the performance standards and report results to the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and the Government. • Provided timely data-driven decisions and guidance as requested.
