Daily Duties at General Dynamics Health.:

Manage and responsible for the successful completion of all tasks related to is a tier 3-level contact center (ARC), including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities. The program has an annual revenue $10 million and over 200 employees both exempt and non-exempt including up to 9 direct reports in several states. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Manage all ARC activities including day-to-day operational oversight, budget, staff supervision, service level adherence and management of customer relationship. • Help ensure the program meets its contractual obligations through strategic planning, setting goals and communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders using a progressive leadership style. • Stay informed on customer plans and activities related to all responsible areas and makes recommendations about impacts to customer and operations. • Organize department activities ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables required by the customer. • Develop innovative processes and solutions to extremely complex, critical business problems. • Resolve conflict between work teams over resource allocations and works closely with other cross-functional program managers to ensure deliverables are met. • Write and review responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), white papers, summary documents, evaluations that highlight successes and innovations of the ARC team.
