Daily Duties at Vova:
Enterprise Project Manager, managed multiple efforts across operational lines to ensure that project methodologies are applied as intended. Worked closely with development leaders, SLT and business to facilitate, and prioritize efforts. As PM, responsible for driving work through completion facilitating technical and business teams to ensure customer expectations were met, on-time and within budget. Engaged PMO governance process to insure the appropriate level of quality
