Daily Duties at Postings.Com:
· Sales professional performing a variety of duties aimed at managing client relationships, as well as developing new business from existing clients · Manage numerous accounts nationwide, serving as the primary point of contact, while serving as the face of the company to deliver a positive customer service experience · Provide customer support, technical support, planning and optimization for the account as well as developing a relationship with the customer · Track success of account, manage and solve conflicts with clients, making appropriate changes, to ensure client satisfaction. · Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client - account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling · Lead webinars to accurately showcase the software’s new and existing capabilities, helping clients to fully utilize the software for the best results · Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account · Train sales team on best practices and use of platform, track sales team production and commissions through account status reporting
