Daily Duties at Seventy Seven Energy:
§ Create inventory system by inputting and setting up all items in SAP system§ Establish Inventory procedures for GPOR and reporting to upper management.§ Manage a team of 25 QA and Inventory field representatives throughout GPOR operating areas§ Create all field job reporting processes and train operations in reporting for all divisions Rental, Water Transfer, Excavating, and Air.§ Oversee the creation of Quality Assurance documents for the company.§ Develop a team and oversee the Maintenance department tracking and development§ Maintain Utilization reporting and recommend to operations equipment movement in order to increase overall utilization.§ Create executive summaries for the President for new product lines by locating equipment and employee requirements, contacting vendors, and formulating proposed margins and payback.§ Maintained less than a 0.15% missing equipment annually for 5 years.§ Consultant to all groups of the company in the SAP application.§ Maintain inventory / stock levels for all trucks and trailers.§ Oversee daily warehouse operations§ Shipping, receiving, and purchasing
