Daily Duties at Tpc, Llc:

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses concerned with the production, pricing, sales or distribution of products. Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customers demand. Produce monthly reports on profit margins, current sales, Gross Margin Percentages, Gross Margin Dollars, Gross Margin Return on Investment, and expenses. Establish and maintain relationships with overseas and domestic vendors, customers nationwide, upper level and mid level management, CPA’s, salespeople, and employees. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
