Managed >400 suppliers/650 manufacturing factories and >$875M/year for $8B distributor of maintenance, repair and operating supplies (MRO) to industrial, commercial, contractor and government sector customers. Managed 60,000 SKUs manufactured in 620 worldwide facilities. Broad scope of successful deployment SCM strategic responsibility included Engineering, Quality Management, New Product Introduction, Production Operations, Inventory Management, ERP/IT, SIOP, International Logistics, Lean/Continuous Improvement, International compliance Product Performance Metric Management, and Information Systems. New management recruited new team.
