Daily Duties at Flex (Formerly Flextronics):

Established IT organization to drive the corporate sustainability program and delivered a comprehensive roadmap for environmental compliance, health and safety, conflict minerals, enabling end-end customer and supplier integration. Lead a global team of 10 to manage technology architecture development, and lead solution development and delivery ● Enabled Business to start global environmental services to generate new revenue stream and meet legal requirements from Government and Customers Lead Oracle Agile PLM program team supporting ~16K users and ~100 sites globally ● Hired a team comprised of business analysts, developers, and technical support analyst to provide value added solutions to Medical, Industrial, Consumer, Power, Automotive verticals. Enhanced system performance ~20% peak hours by identifying the issues and upgrading infrastructure ● Instituted teams to lead deployment of corporate design data management systems (PTC Windchill at 30+ design centers, drove the integration with downstream ERP and shop floor systems ● Conducted Quarterly Business program reviews with executives/sponsors.
