Daily Duties at Loparex:

Provided world class HR support in all functional areas of the company for 1,000 employees to include staffing, employee relations, benefits, organizational development and training, records, reporting, administration and project management. Benefits administration, billing and reporting for a Self-insured Company benefits plan. Implemented an applicant tracking system and created a paperless hiring process. Ran a pilot study to research and implement a managed travel program for the company with $80,000 in estimated cost savings to the company. Expanded the summer internship program and built relationships with colleges and universities. Certified ISO auditor for the company. Implemented an electronic I-9 and e-Verify system to save time and to protect the company from liability. Created and shared HR best practices company wide.
