Daily Duties at Sales Force4 Hire:

Direct HR partner for 100+ employees. Company has more than doubled in the past 2 years. Maintains HRIS database (ADP Total Source). Arrange and facilitate New Hire Orientation Training, Manager Training and Safety Training Programs. Manage Recruiting, hiring & on boarding processes. Employee Relations Management. Counseling and coaching. Monitor employee performance and deliver feedback, training and resources. Partner with Managers to draft and deliver Performance Improvement Plans and Final Written Warnings. Administer HR plans including: Benefit Administration, Open Enrollment, Cost Effectiveness. Participate in developing department goals, objectives & writing policies, procedures and plans. Coordinate social & recreational activities to promote corporate culture. Supervise and mentor Administrative Team.
