Daily Duties at The Lash Group:

• Gathered and reviewed patient billing, claims, and medical information to determine if patients ICD-9 code diagnosis qualified for IV, infusion, and medical therapies. • Investigated patient medical and pharmacy insurance formulary structure to determine whether insurance plans coordinated benefits and to determine coverage percentages for the patient’s IV procedure and/or pharmacy coverage • Coordinated with private commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid insurance carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
