Daily Duties at The Lash Group:

• Developed process flows for benefit verification, eligibility, enrollment, and revenue reconciliation; resulting in the identification of Medicare and Medicaid eligible patients. • Worked with Pharmacy Benefit Managers such as Express Scripts, Humana, and CVS Caremark to streamline a consistent work flow for MS One to One; Implemented standard procedure of checking pharmacy benefits prior to sending prescriptions to Specialty Pharmacy Providers • Helped to reconstruct Prior Authorization process to include initiation of Prior Authorization by Third Party carriers. • Reviewed and interpreted pharmacy benefit and patient insurance benefit information; Provided consultation and counseling to Healthcare Providers and staff for the resolution of complex issues related to patient pharmacy benefits • Responded to Area Business Managers and physicians regarding availability of Aubagio product, MS One to One services and Nursing Support. • Managed relationship with Specialty Pharmacy Providers such as Prime Therapeutics, Rightsource, CVS Caremark, and Accredo to determine shipment timeline for Aubagio medication; revamped shipment process for MS One to One to expedite patient shipments.
