As a laboratory lead technologist I have everyday responsibilities that high light: maintaining equipment, maintaining turn-around times (TAT), training employees and students, procedure writing, and managing employees and work flow. Proactively meet with hospital administration to discuss critical safety compliance and adherence protocols.
