Daily Duties at Xl America:

Initially hired to write and maintain user documentation. The position grew to include Crystal Report Writing, Quality Assurance, and System Testing. • Prepared Training Manuals, User Documents, and Reference Guides using Microsoft Office Suite for the documentation of the computer software for the Reinsurance Business. • Prepared computerized help files for applications used by the Reinsurance company associates.
