Daily Duties at Duke Energy:

Direct a team of 15 developers to deliver interfaces to existing applications as part of a $54 million dollar software upgrade project. • Team Development: directed activities of personnel, maintained the entire team of 15 contract developers and was able to promote three to full time positions • Project Governance: managed project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, plan, and scope • Deliverable Quality: implemented testing tools, processes and developed methods to determine product quality and release readiness. We maintained business continuity during go-live periods with minimal critical hot-fixes
