I was responsible for maintaining the store at an operational level by conducting regular store audits to ensure efficiency in inventory management, staffing, and customer service. My two primary areas of responsibility were conflict resolution and training of new staff. When the manager was not there, I was also in charge of the store’s finances, including cash deposits and reviews. Reason for Leaving: Once I was promoted into management, my hours increased to 60-70 hour weeks, which began to affect my schooling. Because my primary focus was to be my education, I decided to give my notice until a time where my career would not put my degree in jeopardy.
