Daily Duties at Maxim Healthcare:
Developed and executed recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals who meet the offices immediate and projected needs. Utilized various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates. Maintained and developed relationships with active clients, patients, and referral sources to identify current staffing needs and requirements, projected openings, and potential new business opportunities. Managed caregivers and field staff while on assignment, assessed and investigated caregiver and field staff concerns and issues, and provided performance coaching, counseling and disciplinary action when appropriate. Scheduled caregivers and field staff for initial placement and ongoing assignments. Responsible for scheduling over 100 nurses and over 35 clients. Developed and implemented customer, caregiver, and field staff retention strategies. Identified challenges or breakdowns in the onboarding process, and in collaboration with office leadership, developed solutions that maintained applicable requirements, quality and customer service.
