Daily Duties at Children's Home Healthcare:

Manage organization's operations, business development, financial goals, human resources, and clinical compliance. Develop and implement operational reports that focused on key performance indicators. Oversee, guide, direct, and manage the execution of market performance by defining both short term and long term vision. Identify business opportunities within existing account base, follow up on sales leads, acquire new business, and identify new market expansion opportunities. Improve operations by compiling and analyzing data and identifying areas of improvement. Promote company policy, procedure, and strong business ethics including compliance with federal, state, and local regulation. Partner with clinical and field support team leaders to achieve expected business results and company established key performance indicators. Responsible for hiring and the on-going development of team members including strategies for employee retention, career path, performance management, and growth and interest within Children’s Home Healthcare. Bolster positive working relationships and foster effective teamwork with patient service coordinators, social workers, case managers, clients, and nursing staff. Participate in state and national organizations, meetings, seminars, workshops, and activities related to home healthcare.
