Daily Duties at The Garretson Group:
• Managed complex programs of ($15M+) involving multiple clients and stakeholders in the legal/healthcare industry. • Oversaw project plans, requirements, communication, issue resolution, cost tracking, financial reporting, and change management. • Provided executive level reporting to stakeholders including Court, Plaintiff and Defense reporting. • Drove program execution, built strong relationships, liaised effectively with cross-functional teams and navigated complex issues.
