Responsible for day to day operations for a large multi-specialty orthopedic group. Worked closely with group owner to streamline operations, as well as improve referral source retention. Modified handbook to include a more comprehensive overview of policies and procedures as well as benefit packages. Managed logistics for practicing at multiple satellite locations. Analyzed existing policies and procedures in order to maximize staff utilization as well as overall group operations. Group reduced to single physician practice 1/2016.
