• Studied the versatile design of the Refinery with a high flexibility to process crude of various API standards by using a high degree of automation. • Studied and Involved in knowing how the refining process of crude is performed in the refinery at various stages of Distillation, Cracking, Treating, and Reforming. • Trained under various departments of Process/Operations, Maintenance, Fire & Safety, marketing, and Inspection. • At the Department of Fire and Safety learned about the different automated systems like emergency shutdown system (ESD), fire alarm system, gas detection system and also about the different types of fire extinguishers used in the refinery.
