Daily Duties at Net Suite Inc.:
• Responsible for building and managing the North American Sales-Delivery Team for the Services/AMP industry vertical. • Owned the professional services direct sales pipeline supporting 150+ SMB/Enterprise deals, 110,000 hours/$27M. • Directly closed $3.2M and influenced $18M in 2015 Professional Services and $40M in recurring Software sales. • Oversaw day-to-day operations of Sales-Delivery practice including staff recruiting, supervision, and team enablement. • Managed team of Sr Solution Principals assisting 40 direct sales reps with qualifying, solutioning, scoping, and estimating. • Maintained and enhanced PS Sales infrastructure, including engagement best practices, methods, processes, and tools. • Developed PS Baseline implementation offering to provide a lower cost alternative with a streamlined 5-day close cycle. • Led PS Sales-Delivery engagements for large global corporate/enterprise clients $500M to Multi-Billion in revenue. • Partnered with Direct Sales, Solution Consulting, and Technical Services teams to sell NetSuite Professional Services. • Met with prospective customers to articulate the value proposition and capabilities of the NetSuite PS organization. • Supported the global Sales-Delivery organization as a member of the PC Approval and SuiteSolutions committees.
