Daily Duties at Saroj Enterprises :
• Trained under various departments of Production, Quality control, Assembly, and Logistics. Learned and assisted the manufacturing process of plastic toolboxes used for Industrial purposes. • Analyzed the working of a Mold temperature controller, Mold de-humidifier, Medium Speed Granulator & Shredder which recycles waste directly to cut down cost and save material. • Trained & assisted in the Tooling process, Pattern making, Pattern assembly, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Extrusion Molding process. • Implemented PARETO ANALYSIS & TIME STUDY to identify the bottlenecks in the molding lines and improved the existing production system by 15%.
