Daily Duties at Cingular Wireless/At&T Mobility:

• Analyze customer’s voice, data, and feature utilization to assist in cost savings on their wireless billing. • Conduct Stewardship meetings with customers to regularly review status of account and relationship. • Work closely with Business Receivables Management team in assisting with collection efforts on delinquent accounts. • Promote use of online self-service capabilities (Premier/POC) and eBill tools and update customers on enhancements, outages and IT issues. • Acts as customer advocate and escalation point for all service issues. • Manage and maintain customer profiles on a bi-annual basis making sure they are correct and cleaned up. • Work closely with Sales and Contract Implementation Team on new and re-signed customer Agreements. • Provide reports to customers as needed and requested. • Share the “network story” and update customers on the investments made to our wireless network. • Assist customer for large device deployments. • Analyze monthly CDR reporting and engage customers to improve network experience. • Conduct quarterly Stewardship reviews with my corporate customers including the account teams.
