Daily Duties at At&T:
• Advocate on behalf of the customer to ensure seamless customer experience. • Understands customer’s goals and objectives and partners with Sales to develop a strategic customer account plan. • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis. • Identify key business opportunities, analyze trends, and create actionable plans for customer’s operational improvements. • Partner with Sales to assist in the development and delivery of the customer Business Review (strategic). • Develop and deliver customer Operational Review (metrics). • Trusted partner and escalation point for unresolved issues through to resolution. • Uses various analytical methods to determine root cause on chronic and recurring issues for improvement plan development. • Educate and promote AT&T’s e-tools for customer self-customer servicing. • Develops and maintains a customer specific service guide that provides the customer direction on doing business with AT&T. • End to End Mobility Support. • Develop and implement comprehensive program to minimize churn, provide rate plan analysis and recommendations based upon customer request.
