Daily Duties at Cartus(P&G):

 Audits and processes customer relocation expenses with productivity, cycle time and quality goals.  Codes relocation expenses according to Cartus and client policy, including taxability classifications. Issues and reconciles cash and closing cost advances per client policy.  Serves as an informational resource for customers, consultants and the Relocation Accounting management teams with regard to reimbursements, payroll, tax and ad hoc reporting questions.  Maintains "Client Ready" files and performs file close-outs.  Adheres to service pact agreements between Relocation Accounting and Internal Partners/Customers, including accounts Payable procedure standards.  Recognizes and communicates policy to internal and external customers.  Special projects as required.
