Daily Duties at Cartus(P&G):
Audits and processes customer relocation expenses with productivity, cycle time and quality goals. Codes relocation expenses according to Cartus and client policy, including taxability classifications. Issues and reconciles cash and closing cost advances per client policy. Serves as an informational resource for customers, consultants and the Relocation Accounting management teams with regard to reimbursements, payroll, tax and ad hoc reporting questions. Maintains "Client Ready" files and performs file close-outs. Adheres to service pact agreements between Relocation Accounting and Internal Partners/Customers, including accounts Payable procedure standards. Recognizes and communicates policy to internal and external customers. Special projects as required.
