 QuickBooks  Prepare weekly cash balance reports and financial statement for 7 properties  Accounts payable – uploading and posting all payable files.  research and retrieve request data  Prepare monthly financial statements and reports  Prepare reconciliation of the bank of different accounts.  Making sure the balance sheet matches  load information onto prescribed databases  Process deposits, applying receipts, billing rent to tenants  Work on various projects per owner requests.
