Daily Duties at Cricket Communications:
• Implemented innovative programs to increase employee loyalty and reduce turnover. • Directly responsible for all day-to-day store operations including targeted sales achievement, store financial management, merchandising/ promotional activities, customer service/ retention, audits, employee training, inventory management, cash handling, reconciliations and deposits, customer satisfaction which is measured by surveys and store safety and security. • Also responsible for the mentoring and training of 2-3 underperforming stores within the District while running my own location • Ensuring the attainment of all net sales and revenue goals including gross sales/net sales, accessory sales, margin targets and rate plan take rates. • Achieving enhanced service targets such as features, text messaging, insurance sales, fees, data products and all other add on products. • Establishing a budget for store operations to maximize profitability. • Exhibiting solid understanding of financial/business metrics and reports. • Analyzing business operations and trends. • Developing and executing on plans to correct improvement areas. • Trained, coached and mentor staff to ensure smooth adoption of new program.
