Daily Duties at T Mobile Express Stores:

• Responsible for the hiring, training and mentoring of 160 employees at 18 locations. • Contacts store managers in various locations within a geographic area on a daily basis. • Visits store locations in geographic area regularly. • Sets Performance Direction: Translates broader business initiatives into clear team objectives and concrete individual goals, aligning appropriately with other groups for efficient, coordinated action. • Motivates Others: Creates a team environment where everyone wants to do their best and deliver results • Delegates: Broadly shares responsibility and accountability of both routine and important tasks and decisions. Let’s direct reports finish their own work. • Develops and Coaches Others: Has awareness of each person\'s career goals; holds development discussions; and provides challenging tasks and assignments to promote development • Holds People Accountable: Monitors progress and results; gives feedback frequently; provides documentation of Performance Improvement Plans to Human Resources • Build a team of Store Managers and equip them with skills to hire and train staffs poised to deliver the best possible customer experience • Use regular meetings with Store Manager to discuss day-to-day operations, as well as upcoming store events, promotions and training Keep store performance records, tracking areas such as: operational compliance, team dynamics, store appearance, customer satisfaction, and a rolling list of improvement areas • Identify performance gaps, address them with a sense of urgency, and escalate serious issues when appropriate. Maintain and communicate accurate employment records for Human Resources. • Analyze each store P&L for individual and cross-market performance gaps and opportunity areas • Cultivate confidence in employees and inspire them to be passionate about customer satisfaction • Attend and participate, and encourage employee participation in, all conference calls, webinars, training and meetings as instructed by leadership of Express Stores & T-Mobile. Discuss KPI's with each store manager every week Review KPI's with each team member during store visits Conduct monthly management meeting to discuss performance and plan for success.
