Daily Duties at Tax Talent:
Championed the day-to-day profit and loss for both the TaxJobs and Tax Bridge Staffing divisions of TaxTalent, including all operational aspects and management. I spearheaded the creation of training and development programs, under which all outdated documents were assessed and restructured, and operational efficiency of the training programs were improved. I trained and oversaw the Business Development Manager, and under my supervision, he was able to reach his budgeted goals. I also improved the client and candidate experience by optimizing our recruiting methodologies, which allowed us to increase capacity without diminishing quality. Reason for Leaving: This position was initially created specifically for me, as I was recruited by the CEO, and therefore lacked stability and direction, which manifested itself in differences of management style as well as a lack of opportunity to properly make decisions to enhance the company’s position in the marketplace.
