Daily Duties at Law Office Of Freedman, Anselmo, Lindberg & Rappe Llc:
Manage daily activity of 35-40 employees including 1 assistant manager, 2 supervisors, and 2 team leads. Created and maintained collection department training, policies and procedures. Researched, negotiated and contracted with new collection department vendors (examples are Dialer, credit bureau, skip trace, staffing agencies, and software providers). Overseeing the training and monitoring programs to ensure staff is trained and compliant. Managing and responding to client audits (at FALR we did not have a client services or an audit department. When clients needed to conduct an audit they would contact me). Create and adhere to monthly and yearly budget (we started the department budgets in 2005 and I really enjoyed it as it gave me the opportunity to truly manage my department). I was able to budget for everything from performance increases to the replacement of equipment. Once the budget was approved as long as I met my income projection I was able to spend according to the budget. Approving discipline, including termination of employees.
