Daily Duties at American Recovery Systems, Inc. :
Manage activities of 45-50 employees including 3 Collection Managers, and 2 supervisors. Creating and maintaining subrogation department training, policies and procedures. Responding to validation requests and complaints including Better Business Bureau complaints. Handled escalated calls from consumers, clients and attorneys. Also acted as escalation point for driving license suspending with the state of Illinois (As part of a subrogation claim we had the right to suspend the tort's (person responsible for the accident) driving privileges)). Setting employee goals and administering employee score cards. Produced collection reports each morning for the staff and the owners. Designed a dialer strategy and Built and ran the dialer campaigns each day. Assisted sales team with marketing the agency to new clients. Implemented monitoring program. Approving discipline, including termination of employees.
