Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin :

US Army Apache AH-64 Helicopter VUIT-2 Program: I managed the overall contract performance (ie. CPI, SPI) metrics for budget and schedule constraints were met and exceeded to garner contract performance incentive fee. Lead the 14 person Product Support team to ensure on time delivery of Contract Delivery Requirements Lists (CDRL) and Software Delivery Requirements Lists as specified in the Prime Contract. This required daily/weekly meetings as required to specify contract and report requirements assessed from the US Government Customer. I was the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Technical Inquiry POC for the program for the Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) equipment during the Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening testing parameters to ensure equipment conformed to system reliability & testability parameters. I developed, documented and presented Internal Audit Review (INAR) data to senior management personnel to garner verification/validation of program progress. I would conduct failure analysis, monitor and report FRACAS field and production data. I developed a SLICKWAVE maintainability analysis. I developed/delivered Support Equipment Requirements Documents (SERDs) contractual deliverables, which would identify all support equipment necessary to deliver per contract to sustain the end item delivered equipment. I coordinated multi-functional response(s) and presented all specialty engineering (Logistics, PHS&T, Reliability, Testability, Field Service, etc.), status to program and senior Product Support Management as part of program reviews, and customer reviews, and ensure timely response to internal and external customers. Executed Program Manager responsibilities to ensure contracted deliveries occur on/before schedule and on/under budget. I Worked/Guided Business Development coordination efforts for future VUIT business opportunities (UTA Lite, Foreign Military Sales [FMS], Direct Commercial Sales [DCS], and additional rotary wing platforms).

What they like about Lockheed Martin :

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
