Daily Duties at Cargotc Oy; Cargotec Holdings, Inc.:
Led activities related to compliance of the consolidated financial statements with GAAP and IFRS and all statutory and tax filings, as well as treasury policy compliance and control of treasury activities. Supported corporate functions as local in-country contact with external auditors and tax advisors, and implemented reporting treasury, legal, internal audit, and risk and insurance matters. Managed all financial reporting and reconciliation in GAAP and IFRS formats. Provided finance support locally, and directed development of cross-business area financial opportunities and synergies. Served as Treasurer of all US entities. Served on “stand alone” Boards of Directors necessitated by FOCI (foreign owned or controlled interest) regulations.
