Daily Duties at Meditech:
Created and conducted end-user implementation trainings for an integrated suite of clinical products including EHR, Order Management, Physician Access and Documentation Conduct on-site system assessments and optimization visits to enhance clinical workflow (analyst capacity) Remotely assisted clients in day to day issues and for various applications including PCM, EMR, EDM, ITS, OM etc. Created design specifications for development enhancements and system modifications Researched and resolved client software and system problems, identifying and submitting development requests to optimize or correct software functionality
