Created a Total Office Call procedure to covert company practices from products created by outside competitor. Collaborated with cataract surgeons, glaucoma specialist and retina physician to developed key customers initiatives. Recruited and developed local key opinion physician to help in educational programs. Transformed 18 accounts into XIBROM program as the preferred post-operative non-steroidal anti-inflammatory. Expert in utilizing science and clinical data to promote products and demonstrate superior features and benefits related to various drug classes. Led the project that allowed for the acceptance of primary promoted product (XIBROM) at Orlando Regional Medical Center’s. Spearheaded the addition of XIBROM project at the hospital post-cataract surgical protocol at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
