Enterprise Marketing - Content Publishing Systems Lead: • Business lead for driving incremental improvements on existing sales, partner, and customer publishing systems • Engage with business units, sales operations, and partner marketing teams to understand current and future business process improvements • Driving unified business requirements for next generation publishing systems • Liaison role with content publishing system owners Program Management • Establishes thought leadership and projects solid ownership and leadership in assigned service Communication Fundamentals • Understands and appropriately applies marketing communications fundamental concepts, processes and practices Change Management • Develops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization Executive Business Relationship Building • Builds executive business-oriented relationships at the highest levels in pursuit of alliances that will advance or protect HP's corporate interests Problem Solving • Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution IT Industry Acumen • Exercises understanding of business dynamics within the Information Technology (IT) industry, as a basis for informed business decision making
