Daily Duties at Union Leader Corportation:
I was the DOS for Neighborhood News the publisher of seven community newspapers located around greater Manchester, NH. My task was to decide which of the seven weeklies, were financially viable, and to merge the un-sound products and make them profitable. Also, I was tasked to merge the non-unionized sales force into the union.
