Oversight, review and approve all entries that will be in the general ledger. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports to Mangers, Divisional Leadership, C-Suite and Board Reporting. Direct contact with external Auditors and annual audit compliance review. Training and support of the financial systems across the organization. Liaison with the Information Systems department for any hardware needs related to the financial systems. Cross Functional IT and Accounting support of the systems. (responsible for upgrades, sql queries if needed, monitoring backups and completing backups as needed for software updates)
