Daily Duties at Greyhound Lines:
Started as a programmer on the companies ticketing system. Over the years I assumed the role of PM on the Ticketing and Reservation system, managing the various vendors and efforts of the project through completion under the direction of the Director. Upon completion of that project I was promoted to a manager of a development team responsible for Dispatching, Fleet Management, Capacity Planning Systems as well as multiple desktop systems.
