Acted as primary client contact on daily basis from project initiation through delivery and acceptance of a 3 year $17M rewrite of a Child Support Enforcement System. Strategically planned for subsequent phases of development after participating in annual operating planning. Limited critical risks through weekly risk assessment reviews and addressing of risks in a timely manner. Managed local and globally distributed team members.
