Full P&L responsibility. Member of Board of Directors reporting to Chairman of the Board. Lead six direct reports, CFO, CTO, VP Sales, VP Administration, VP Engineering and EVP Business Development. Oversee conceptualization and development of company, included product development, sales and marketing, hiring and executive team building, research and development, HR and production systems
